SawStop table saw, miter saw, panel saw, drill press, routers, sanders, about any hand-tool you can think of as well as plenty of cordless, corded and air-tools to boot. Bench space to spread out and room to work at scale.
The CNC side runs an Avid Pro 6120 5x10' CNC router. Baltic Birch plywood, Aluminum, High Density Plastics, and MDF. If you can draw it in CAD, the machine can cut it. Training is available if you're new to CNC.
MIG and TIG welding setups, plus a plasma cutter. Steel, aluminum, whatever you're joining. The welding area has dedicated ventilation and enough room to work on larger builds.
The metalworking bench has a lathe, mill, grinders, and drill press for machining, plus general fabrication tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing stock.
The shop owns the kilns, a throwing wheel, and the workspace. Carmela, a professional ceramicist and local gallery owner, stewards the ceramics area. She fires pieces for members, helps anyone who asks, and runs occasional classes at the shop. Members throw on-site or bring work in during the week for firing.
Glassblowing is a smaller setup than it's been in the past. Lysette has her own equipment on-site and offers private classes. She's happy to walk anyone curious through the craft up close. The area is also open to members who bring their own glass tools.
FDM and resin printers for prototyping, custom parts, and one-offs. Bring a file, pick your material, and print. Good for rapid iteration when you're still working out the design.
The laser side runs a large-format 80W Rabbit Laser USA CO2 laser cutter (Model RL-80-1290) with a 3'x4' bed. It cuts and engraves wood, acrylic, leather, and fabric. Signage, art, jigs, templates, precision components. If the material fits the bed, the laser can probably handle it (some limitations apply.)
Soldering and rework station, electronic microscope, bench power supply, oscilloscope, and function generator. The bench is set up for building, diagnosing, and fixing.
Members keep a shared stock of common components — resistors, capacitors, connectors — so you're not starting from zero on the small parts. Projects here run from Arduino builds and microcontroller work to hi-fi stereo repair. If it runs on current, this is the bench.
Sewing machines and an embroidery machine, available to members. If your project needs stitching, hemming, or machine embroidery, the equipment is here.
